Going hybrid - a return to normal with a virtual twist On behalf of ESHRE and the city of Milan, it is our great pleasure to invite you to join us for the 38th Annual Meeting of our Society, from 3 to 6 July 2022 during the glorious Italian summer. For two consecutive years, we had to transform our Annual Meeting from an in-person event to an online, virtual event. We are therefore especially excited at the prospect of getting back together in a live setting and picking up the thread of where we left off two years ago.

Dear Colleagues, As you probably see from the current epidemiological situation, the worldwide developments corresponding to coronavirus outbreak are rapidly evolving. WHO and CDC still notify large gatherings at a high COVID-19 risk in 2021. This involves the obvious travel restrictions by research institutions, universities and countries in the rest of 2021, with imposed travel restrictions, border closures and mandatory self-quarantine. These measures will impose many participants to face unexpected flight cancellations and limited flight availability, preventing them to join us for in-person meeting. Considering all these, our Conference Organizing Secretariat looked for the possible options in the beginning of 2022, which appeared to be already fully booked with an available window for us on April 10-13, 2022. So it seems wise if we make the final postponement to that dates, when we could expect the progress in the fight against coronavirus, with most of populations vaccinated. In the meantime we will continue with PGDIS Webinars on PGT key topics, with the next one to be held on March 18 (see PGDIS Conference website). The Conference will be held in the same Conference facility, and all the previous arrangements for registration, travel and accommodation will stay the same. For the modified deadlines of Abstract submission please follow the Congress website, which will be subject to regular review to notify the authors, presenters and registered delegates about the further details. We are looking forward to welcoming you to Berlin!
